Bowflex vs Freeweights
Now you can be the judge.

Bowflex vs freeweights, there has been a lot of talk and forums all discussing how you should go about getting a home gym. Just about every article that I read, points you towards free weights. Then if everybodys saying this why is there so many discussions on this topic about bowflex, furthermore what are the pros and cons of both bowflex and freeweights and to maybe put an end to this frequently asked question.

Boxflex's PRO's....

1. This is a good machine for the people who are not very familar with working out because like any machine it keeps your form good and there is less of a chance to cause injuries. They also have a trial period.

2. It tells you how to use the machine on a DVD. It's very imformative, unlike freeweights that don't come with any instructions and could take a long time to fully understand how to use them correctly.

3. You can adjust to many different weights very easily and do a lot of different exercises on just one machine.

4. It comes with 220lbs of resistance, so if you are the average person that would be enough weight to workout with.

5. You can make payments which makes it affordable to buyers everywhere.

6. You don't have to go to the gym or buy a variety of freeweights, just this one machine can maintain your health and physique, which is what most people are looking for.

7. Your muscles have to flex to steady the bows which works very good for toning up and getting definition which is really where you feel the best

Bowflex CON's......

1. If you are too big it will not support either what you lift or your size but that's more the exception than the rule.

2. This machine is good for mantaining your physique, getting heart rate up, shedding unwanted pounds, but not for getting huge.

3. They have a trial period, But you cant buy them in stores.

4. There are a couple of things that are not included so you still have to buy more.
